Largest fuzzy dice: Las Vegas sets world record (Video)
LAS VEGAS, NV, USA -- Showcased before the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, 11 Donn Arden's Jubilee! Showgirls from Bally's Las Vegas, clad in brightly-coloured headdresses, presented the pair of 4-foot-by-4-foot, pink and orange dice accompanied by a classic pink Cadillac - setting the new world record for the Largest fuzzy dice, according to World Record Academy (www.worldrecordacademy.com).

The Guinness world record for the largest chocolate fountain measures 8 m (26 ft 3 in) tall and circulates 2 tons (4,409 lb) of chocolate at a rate of 120 quarts per minute. It is displayed at the Jean Philippe Pâtisserie (USA) in Bellagio Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the Most expensive magic show, set by Siegfried and Roy at the Mirage, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA starring Siegfried Fishbacher and Roy Horn (both Germany) cost over $28 million (then £16 million) to stage when it opened.
"Las Vegas is synonymous with world-class entertainment, dining, shopping and nightlife," said Cathy Tull, senior vice president of marketing at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
"Setting the world record for the largest fuzzy dice represents Las Vegas' ability to continually reinvent itself and showcase its unique culture."
Guinness World Records stated that to set the record a pair of fuzzy dice must be created 10 times the size of a standard set.
With more than 37 million visitors annually, Las Vegas ranks as one of the world's most popular destinations.
