The Guinness World Records' record for the most people cocktail flairing simultaneously for two minutes is 101 and was set by T.G.I. Friday's bartenders in an open air event in the Covent Garden Piazza, London, UK. 105 bartenders from T.G.I. Friday's performed a three minute choreographed flair routine which included a 'C-step' - a backward throw & catch of a cocktail shaker.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest cocktail; it is 39,746.82 litres (8,743 UK gal; 10,499 US gal) and was achieved by Nick Nicora (USA), in Sacramento, California, USA, on 13 July 2012. The cocktail was a margarita and it was made in a large cocktail shaker.

It was created at his namesake bar in Las Vegas, Bound by Salvatore Calabrese, based in The Cromwell Hotel.
"You are participating in a piece of history here," Calabrese says in a press statement. "We are talking the king of the cocktail…the martini. Out of any other cocktail in the world, if someone asked me which is king, this is the king."
The stunt was part of a celebration of Calabrese's updated edition of his first cocktail book, Classic Cocktails, coming out on April 21.
In 2012, Calabrese broke the Guinness World Records world record for creating the most expensive cocktail, called Salvatore's Legacy, which cost £5,500.
Calabrese's "most expensive" record was later broken by Australian bartender Joel Heffernan and his The Winston cocktail, costing £8,200.
