Most dogs wearing bandanas: ACT breaks Guinness World Records record (VIDEO)
Canberra, Australia -- A Guinness World Records' world record for the number of dogs wearing bandanas in one location has been smashed in Canberra, with 764 dogs turning up to be counted at the Million Paws Walk; the previous Guinness World Records world record was 364 dogs with scarves set by Canada's Golden Rescue group last year, according to the World Record Academy.

The Guinness World Records' record for the most dogs wearing bandanas at a single location is 364, and was achieved by Golden Rescue (Canada), in Alliston, Ontario, Canada on 21 September 2014.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most dogs washed in 8 hours by a team of 12 people; it is 1,037. It was organised by 'Dierenspeciaalzaak 't Guppy' in Ede, Netherlands, on 6 June 2008. The previous Guinness World Records record was 364 dogs with scarves set by Canada's Golden Rescue group last year.
Thousands of people and their dogs also turned out to support the five kilometre fundraising walk for the RSPCA around Canberra's picturesque Lake Burley Griffin.
